1. All Tickets issued are Non-refundable, Non-changeable and Non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
  2. Passengers must ensure that all the names are correct as per their passports and that the travel itinerary is correct. Changes may not be permitted after the tickets are issued and a payment for a new ticket may be charged.
  3. Airfares are guaranteed upon ticketing only. If there would be any issue with the payment, we will inform you as soon as possible through email and/or phone. Otherwise, we will send you the ticket in a period of 48 hours of your booking with us.
  4. The free baggage allowance provided to the passenger varies according to the route, class/cabin seating and as per the norms of the respective airline. Airlines may charge additional fee for checked-in baggage, extra baggage or other optional services. Please call the airlines directly for the most recent updates regarding the baggage allowance, weight and dimensions of the bags.
  5. Passengers must be at the airport 3 hours before the departure as tickets cannot be refunded or changed due to no show at the airport.
  6. Passengers are responsible for all their travel documentation including visas. Visas may be required for the entire journey both for the destination and/or transit. Visas must be secured before the ticket is issued. Tickets cannot be refunded for failure to obtain a visa.
  1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of your stay.
  2. ESTA visa is a mandatory requirement for all USA bound travel, including transiting the USA.
  3. ETA visa is a mandatory requirement for all Australia bound travel including transiting Australia.
  4. If your flight has a change involving two different airports with the itinerary, it is your responsibility to organize the transfer to the right airport and also check the transit visa requirement.
  5. If you have booked code-share flight, terminal change may be there and you may require a transit visa for changing the terminals. Please check with the embassy or airline directly for checking visa requirements in case of terminal change.
  6. Holiday Breakz is not liable for the VISA formalities. Kindly refer with the applicable embassy or consulate for this information.
  7. Health Recommendation: Recommended inoculations for travel may change at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain all recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication and follow all medical advice in relation.
New passport regulations for Travelers to the U.S.A.

The United States of America has made it mandatory, that anyone flying to the US for holidays or business under the Visa Waiver Program, must hold the latest Biometric Passport or a Machine Readable Passport that contains an electronic chip, even if the electronic visa has been granted. The biometric passport has a sequence of lines, that can be swiped by the US Customs/Immigration/Border Protection officers, that will quickly confirm the passport holder's identity and collect other information about the holder.

VWP visitors arriving in the US without the Biometric Passport would be denied entrance into the country. Travelers among the VWP countries are encouraged to check with their passport issuing authority to be in possession of a biometric passport. Travelers with an immediate travel plan, who are unable to possess sucha passport may apply for a US visa at the respective embassy or consulate.

The Company strongly recommends that the Client takes out adequate travel insurance. The Client is herewith recommended to read the terms of any insurance to satisfy them as to the fitness of cover. The Company will be pleased to quote you for insurance.

Holiday Breakz is dealing in worldwide flights and holiday packages. All Money paid by you for the flight/holidays are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Flights/packages are secured by CAA.

1.1 All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.

1.2 Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.

Wherever the airline and the selected tariff allow for modifications, cancellations, refunds or voluntary reissue by request of the user, Holiday Breakz will charge an additional administrative fee to be added to the fees established by the corresponding airline.

£ 30.00 per passenger for changes or cancellations.

Important: Name changes of passengers are not allowed by airlines. Should you need to change names and surnames on your booking, you will have to cancel the completed booking and get a ticket refund (should your tariff allow it). For this reason, please pay special attention to the spelling of any passenger names and surnames while filling in your booking forms. These must correspond to the names on your travel documents which have to be presented at the airport on the day of your flight.

No responsibility shall be undertaken for, and shall not be susceptible in respect of any loss or damage or alterations, delays or changes arising from unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war or threat or war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellation of schedules by scheduled airlines. You can check the current position on any country by contacting the foreign and commonwealth office.

To give one stop, cheapest and quick services, Holiday Breakz works with third-party vendor travel suppliers to offer prime services like flight, hotel, car rentals and travel extras that prove that the booking contract is between the customer and the travel supplier. This includes some of the terms and conditions made by the travel supplier itself, in order to keep his services fluent and secure.

It is essential to be familiar with the terms and conditions of the travel supplier in order to sort out every query, policy of booking, refund and payment methods. Booking your itinerary with Holiday Breakz gives you the advantage to buy the services you only require from the travel supplier rather than buying everything attached to the prime service i.e. flight, holiday and city break services. The services of an individual or multiple bookings are available from the travel supplier through our platform, and the customer is not liable to buy everything attached to it.

After the booking, Holiday Breakz sends you a confirmation email that specifies that Holiday Breakz has accepted your service booking request. Please note that this mail is just an acknowledgement of your purchase and the final confirmation will be given after checking the availability of your requested service from the travel supplier.

Once Holiday Breakz receives the availability of your requested service from the travel supplier, you will receive a final email confirmation with all the necessary details containing a booking reference, ID and other required information. Please note that the contract with you and the travel supplier will only be activated after the confirmation of service availability and the acceptance of your booking. All the booking terms, such as date, price and availability will be guaranteed only after forming the contract between you and the travel supplier.

Once the entire booking procedure is done, the customer can only change or cancel the details such as - name or destination as per our terms and condition (with prior contact within 4 hours after completion of booking stage by calling at our customer care between 10am to 8pm local time of London, United Kingdom). Please note that such alterations in the details are subject to charge of covering administration services that is listed in change/cancellation policies.

The terms and conditions of the travel supplier is different from that of Holiday Breakz , and it can charge its own administration fee for cancellation and change in your booking. Please note that Holiday Breakz reserves the right to change these terms and conditions any time without any prior notice and will work accordingly from the date these changed terms and conditions posted on the website. The amended terms and conditions of Holiday Breakz will be considered in top priority over any previous terms and conditions and privacy policies published before including cancellation, change or transfer in your service booking details.

All prices displayed for travel services are in GBP (pounds sterling) £. The Customer is required to pay the entire amount at the time of booking, and no partial payment is applicable at the time of booking or reservation of services (i.e. flights, hotel, holidays, city breaks, travel insurance and car on rent).

Please carry all the necessary documents during your entire trip, and a government issued ID for identification of your booking in hotels, tickets from the airport and car rental for that destination. You may be required to submit a copy of your ID to the travel supplier in case of attraction and travel extras.

Necessary travel documents includes passport (with prior time of expiration according to the travel destination foreign tourism policies), visa, government-issued ID proof, medical certificate for senior citizens, medically challenged people and others as per the law of that particular destination's foreign tourism policies. Please check the designated destination's ministry of external affairs' website.

South African travel requirements for minors travelling to and from South Africa. New requirements, introduced by the South African Department of Home Affairs from 1 June 2015, specify that all minors (children under 18 years) are required to produce, in addition to their passport, an Unabridged Birth Certificate which shows the details of both parents for all international travel to and from South Africa. Travelers will be asked to produce the required documentation at check-in for each flight.

Neither Holiday Breakz nor its associate will be responsible for cancellation and refund of passenger's trip if he/she fails to provide necessary documents at the time of traveling and denied to board the flight or enter in the country.

Extra Fee

There will be an extra fee implemented on the customer charged by the destination's government on entry/exit and will be excluded from the booking amount which will be paid at the required place during your trip.

Bulk Booking

In case of bulk/multiple booking for same itinerary, all passengers must follow the same itinerary, and no alteration or cancellation will be accepted in itinerary on individual bases from your booking.

Authority of Holiday Breakz

Holiday Breakz holds authority for change of price/correction of errors in any price flashed on promotions and on websites as per the availability, and gives the freedom to either cancel our booking or level the paid amount at the time of booking with the current amount by the debit/credit card used during booking, after your permission prior to departure.

Every itinerary or service listed on the website and advertisement is provided by the travel supplier itself. There are chances that some facilities given by the airlines such as frequent Travelers credits or travel miles may or may not apply on any/every part of your booking. Please check with the travel supplier of that particular itinerary personally to clarify the point.

Prices flashed on the websites and the advertising of flights, hotel, holidays, city breaks, insurance and car on rent by Holiday Breakz are included with all the taxes if not stated.

The brief info about these taxes is available on both the itinerary details and on the confirmation mail you will receive after booking.

Other taxes and services like fuel surcharge, baggage, hotel's value added services, seat reservation and security are excluded from the package and booking of services you have purchased. These charges are required to be settled according to the designated place, i.e. hotel value added services of the hotel at the time of check-out, extra baggage fee at the airport during check-in etc. If you have any query, please contact straight with the travel supplier.

The booking prices of itinerary or prime service of Holiday Breakz does not include liability insurance, damage waiver, accidental insurance, child safety seats, room service charges, telephone charges, parking charges (if applicable) rental car pick-up from location etc.

Some of the charges like additional flight fuel surcharge or any sort of expenses in the category must be paid by the Travelers itself at the designated place with full amount of settlement.

Holiday Breakz requires full payment from the customer in order to secure the reservation and booking at the time of purchasing of itinerary from your credit/debit card. We accept debit/credit cards from all the major banks with a verified billing address.

From here onwards you give the authority to Holiday Breakz and to the travel supplier (Third Party) to process the total amount of your booking from the credit/debit card provided by you. In order to make a successful payment, you will be required to present a valid and authorized credit or debit card.

You will be required to present your credit or debit card to the vendor at the time of check-in, pick-up rental car, pick-up flight ticket on the airport to verify your identity along with a government-issued ID proof. It is essential that the owner of the card from which the payment has been made must be one of the Travelers traveling with your booking.

To protect the cards and frauds, Holiday Breakz verifies your card number with billing address and card verification number that is required to be accurate in order to make a successful payment.

For outside UK issued Cards (Debit/Credit) we require card holder documentation to process booking.

Until, the process is complete, the itinerary price of your booking is subject of change. Holiday Breakz is not responsible, if during the time of booking, any price changes from your itinerary, and the transaction declines based on the card of which, you have provided the details.

Holiday Breakz allows you to book flights with low-cost airlines. The tickets for these companies are not issued by Holiday Breakz, but by the airlines themselves, who are responsible for any received information and for the provided service.

You will receive a confirmation email from Holiday Breakz with your flight details as soon as the airline has confirmed your booking. For bookings with low-cost companies, your credit card will be charged twice: once for the price of the ticket, charged directly by the airline itself, and a second time for the booking fees charged by Holiday Breakz (not refundable under any circumstances). The total price of the booking is the sum of these two charges. Should you wish to modify your booking or ask for special services, you will have to contact the airline itself. Holiday Breakz is not able to modify or refund low-cost bookings. In your confirmation email you will receive all contact details of the airline.

Please bear in mind that the majority of low-cost airlines do not permit transport of domestic animals and have certain limitations with regard to special services. Please contact these airlines directly to learn more about these.

Should there be timetable changes and/or flight cancellations, the airline itself will be the only responsible party. It is indispensable to reconfirm the status of your flight 48 hours before departure by calling the airline.

Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to travel unless accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over, who will be responsible for the children. Children aged 13 or younger will not be allowed to board the aircraft if traveling on their own. (In such cases, please contact your airline to learn about their individual terms and conditions.)

Holiday Breakz reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to verify the veracity of the purchase and to make sure that the payment is authorized by the card holder. In some cases, Holiday Breakz may request payment via bank transfer.

Passengers must reconfirm their flights schedule, at least, 48 hours before the flight takes off calling the airline directly. As airlines can modify, re-program or even cancel their flights, customers will be ones responsible to make this flight reconfirmation. Although Holiday Breakz counts with automatic systems for the involuntary changes, passenger exempt Holiday Breakz from the derivative liability from involuntary changes suffered in their bookings.

Holiday Breakz charges a service fee per passenger as well as a fee for credit card payments. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances, and is independent of the rate selected by the user. In case of modifications on behalf of the client, wherever the tariffs allow, administrative fees may arise.
