At Holidaybreakz.co.uk we would like you to book your flights with the assurance that you are getting the best possible deal - every time.

If you find a lower price (including all taxes and fees) for the exact same flight itinerary on a major online travel agency’s website within 24 hours of making your booking with us, we’ll happily match that price by refunding the difference. Or, if you prefer, we’ll cancel your booking and issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Our Price Match Promise (PMP) is our assurance for your peace of mind.

What qualifies as “the same itinerary”?

It implies that all the information about the booking is fine-tuned down to the exact details, such as the airline, the flight number, the time of travelling, the itinerary, the number of people on board, and the type of seat.

What does “offered and available for booking” mean?

The discounted fare should be active and accessible to the masses to be booked when you call us. Our customer service department will confirm this and then have your claim processed.

What is a “Major OTA Competitor”?

In our case of PMP, this would mean popular online travel agencies like Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline and Travelocity or other similar public online travel websites.

How do I submit a Price Match claim?

Insert your itinerary details of Holidaybreakz.co.uk booking reference, the cheaper itinerary information (airline, dates, flight number, number of passengers, type of seat) and the evidence details (screenshot or direct URL of competing offer).

Our team will verify the information and if eligible you can choose between:

  • A refund of the price difference, or
  • Cancellation of your booking for a full refund.

Are there any exceptions?

Yes. The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  • Fares from membership-only or reward program sites
  • Corporate, group, charter, or incentive rates
  • Fares using coupons or private promotions are not available to the public
  • Student, military, government, or bulk fares
  • Vacation packages or bundled deals
  • “Opaque” fares (where flight details are hidden until purchase)
  • Auction or bidding-based fares
  • Any pricing errors or technical mistakes

How do I request a Price Match Promise?

You can invoke the PMP by contacting us at 0203 376 3404 with your Holidaybreakz.co.uk booking number and details of the lower-priced offer (airline, flight number, dates, seat type, and number of passengers).
Please provide the direct link or pictures of the offer of competitor in order to make sure we can confirm your claim.

If the fare is verified, we’ll offer you two options:

  • A refund of the price difference, or
  • Cancellation of your booking with a full refund.

It is important to note that unverifiable claims or incomplete claims might not be eligible for the PMP.
