Payment Schedule +
  • 35% Advance Payment – A 35% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your chosen travel dates.
  • 25% Payment – A further 25% of the total booking amount is payable 30 days before the departure date.
  • Remaining Balance – The outstanding balance must be paid in full 10 days before the departure date.
  • Bookings Made Within 10–15 Days of Departure – Bookings made within 15 days of departure may require 100% payment at the time of booking, subject to the applicable booking terms.

Note: Your booking will only be confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued.

Cancellation Policy +

Cancellation charges will depend on the date the cancellation is received and the terms applicable to the services booked.

  • 30 or more days before departure: 10% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • 8–14 days before departure: 50% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • 0–7 days before departure: 100% of the booking amount may be charged, with no refund where applicable.

  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on the supplier, airline, hotel, tour operator, or other service provider involved in the booking.
  • The specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking will take precedence, where applicable.
  • Cancellations due to adverse weather, changes in personal circumstances, or other reasons will be handled according to the applicable booking terms and cancellation conditions.

    • Children up to 5 years: One child may stay free of charge when sharing the existing bed with accompanying parents, subject to the hotel's occupancy and child policy.
    • Children aged 6–11 years: Child rates may apply, depending on the hotel and package booked.
    • Children aged 12 years and above: Children aged 12 or over are generally treated as adults and may be charged the applicable adult or extra-person rate.
    • Extra Bed: Additional bed or rollaway bed charges may apply where required and are subject to hotel availability and policy.
    • Meals: Additional charges for children's meals, including breakfast or dinner, may apply where meals are not included in the package.
