Payment Schedule +
  • 35% Advance Payment – A 35% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your chosen travel dates.
  • 25% Payment – A further 25% of the total booking amount is payable 30 days before the departure date.
  • Remaining Balance – The outstanding balance must be paid in full 10 days before the departure date.
  • Bookings Made Within 10–15 Days of Departure – Bookings made within 15 days of departure may require 100% payment at the time of booking, subject to the applicable booking terms.

Cancellation Policy +

Cancellation charges will depend on the date the cancellation is received and the terms applicable to the services booked.

  • 30 or more days before departure: 10% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • 8–14 days before departure: 50% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • 0–7 days before departure: 100% of the booking amount may be charged, with no refund where applicable.
