Payment Schedule +

35% Advance Payment – A 35% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your chosen travel dates.
25% Payment – A further 25% of the total booking amount is payable 30 days before the departure date.
Remaining Balance – The outstanding balance must be paid in full 10 days before the departure date.
Bookings Made Within 10–15 Days of Departure – Bookings made within 15 days of departure may require 100% payment at the time of booking, subject to the applicable booking terms.

Note: Your booking will only be confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued.

Cancellation Policy +

Cancellation charges will depend on the date the cancellation is received and the terms applicable to the services booked.

30 or more days before departure: 10% of the booking amount may be charged.
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the booking amount may be charged.
8–14 days before departure: 50% of the booking amount may be charged.
0–7 days before departure: 100% of the booking amount may be charged, with no refund where applicable.

The specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking will take precedence, where applicable.

Cancellations due to adverse weather, changes in personal circumstances, or other reasons will be handled according to the applicable booking terms and cancellation conditions.

Children up to 5 years: One child may stay free of charge when sharing the existing bed with accompanying parents, subject to the hotel's occupancy and child policy.
Children aged 6–11 years: Child rates may apply, depending on the hotel and package booked.
Children aged 12 years and above: Children aged 12 or over are generally treated as adults and may be charged the applicable adult or extra-person rate.
